7 WEEKS!!

Rhealyn is really developing her own personality. She smiles more and is getting vocal. It melts my heart when she looks at me and recognizes her mommy! I'm really getting the hang of using only one hand to do everything now...it sure did take some getting used to. Rhealyn still can't fit into most of her clothes so we have to recycle the same ones. We put on her 0-3 month outfits and they just swallow her. We are still waiting for her to grow! But we are definitely cherishing every moment and taking lots of pictures (you already know that). Rhealyn has a babysitter, Brandi, for about an hour almost every night now so Jeremy and I can get in our training routine for the 10k race on April 15th. It's more of an inspiration and motivator to workout rather than a race for us. We'll let you know how we did. We love and miss everyone!!

First Trip to Texas

Rhealyn had her first experience in Texas.
We visited the rest of the Bridwell family
and went to Nicollette's Christening. The Kirchmeier family came to New Orleans last week to see the new addition to the family. Papaw, Uncle Jared and Auntie Jaime were thrilled to finally meet her. And the help around the house is greatly appreciated. Rhealyn's new best friend, Nicollette, was baptized on Saturday in College Station and both were adored at the after party. She was born just 2 days before Rhealyn. Their mom's are best friends and wish they lived closer to each other so they could grow up together. Hopefully some day!!
Rhealyn also met her boyfriend Andrew. They are just so cute together!

1 MONTH OLD!!

It has really been amazing watching her change these past 4 weeks. She had a doctor's appointment today and now weighs 7 pounds and 7 ounces. Yea! she is gaining weight. We have been on a lot of walks and she sleeps right through them to let mom get her workout in. Such a good baby!! Of course having a baby around makes it hard for Jeremy and I to take care of us like how we used to. So to keep in shape, Jeremy has started riding a bike to work and end up riding almost 20 miles everyday. What a workout!

THREE WEEKS OLD

WELL OUR LITTLE ANGEL IS THREE WEEKS OLD NOW. IT HAS GONE BY EXTREMELY FAST. SHE HAD HER SECOND SHOWER TODAY. SHE SEEMS TO LOVE THE WATER. SHE SLEEPS MOST OF THE WAY THROUGH THE NIGHT MOST NIGHTS. WE CAN'T EVEN BEGIN TO EXPRESS THE JOY AND FULFILLMENT WE FEEL. BROOK FEELS GREAT AND LOVES BEING A MOMMY. EVERYTHING SEEMS TO BE FALLING INTO PLACE.
