10 more days!! and counting...

With only 10 days left we have some last minute shopping to do! We have also been keeping up with our Advent Calendar pretty well. If we miss a few days we just catch up in one night =) It's makes that night very eventful!

We went to see The Nutcracker! Rhealyn had fun, we did not take Valor for obvious reasons =)

Count down to Christmas

This year we started Advent Calendar activities. Rhealyn is now 5 and at the age where we think she can start to understand the true meaning of Christmas and understand the glorious blessing from God, his son,

Jesus Christ.

So each day we have a scripture reading, a blessing to write down, and a fun activity! On Christmas we will read aloud all of the blessing we wrote down each day. Day 3 was take pictures in Santa hats!

And of course we have to see Santa. Valor wasn't having it...so that is why I'm in the picture too =)

We hope that everyone is enjoying this joyous time of year.

Halloween was fun went to a fall festival and trick or treating! And of course visited a pumpkin patch...those are my favorite =) I get the best pictures there!

Some awesome news for today (November 2nd):

Rhealyn lost her first tooth! And she is super excited!

Father's Day at the beach!

It's been raining the past couple of days and it's been nice! I don't have to worry about watering and all my plants get to drink!! Thank you Lord!

I can't believe that it's already October. Rhealyn started playing soccer (I am attempting to coach a bunch of 5 year olds), she is now a Daisy in Girl Scouts and is still enjoying her gymnastics! In other words...we are very busy!

Valor is 19 months old (yesterday) and is trying to do everything that Rhealyn does. Since she started soccer he's been kicking his own ball and he is good! We'll probably get Valor started earlier than 5.

Where does the time go???

Rhealyn's birthday was great. But then again, being in Disney World is always great!! We had so much fun. Rhealyn loved seeing the Princesses...and so did Valor! They actually taught him how to wave. I guess there was some motivation behind it =)

Valor is walking now...everywhere! Rarely does he get down to crawl now. Sometimes he tries to run but only makes it about 1 step. And he loves to climb! Watch out Mom!

Jeremy and I, along with Jaime and Jason, ran in Warrior Dash this year! It was fun and of course, MUDDY! We'll share pics once we order them!
